Painted Steelfist Dollies

I was very excited to receive a few packs of the latest Steelfist dollies which I collaborated in sculpting, it’s a real pleasure to see how well they’ve turned out.

These are available from Steelfist Miniatures;

Here’s Two packs assembled and painted in various examples of possibilities that can be achieved. Plus a couple of progress pictures so you can see which bits were added on and which were straight assemblies.

I’m now back to working on some more Scots pike, for which some of these dollies may well feature.

Bye for now

  1. Congratulations to see your talent put to effect!
I’m looking forward to seeing further developments :)

  2. Well done, i just ordered a few sets of these dollies from Steel Fist and am finally getting around to working on the first sets of other dollies I got a few years ago.

  3. Excellent looking figures and nice dollies!
    Best Iain

  4. Absolutely stunning work, Stuart. Looks like they came off of a fine period painting.

  5. Stunning! Lovely painting, too.

  6. These are superb Stuart, the chap with the torch is definitely my favourite, so useful for all the raiding scenarios of Anglo Scots and Anglo French warfare!

  7. Great to see them in production and as always, great painting:).

  8. Beautifully done Stuart...
    As always...

    All the best. Aly

  9. I am in awe of the excellent and subtle conversion work. You are a real artist with greenstuff. And, as the others have mentioned, the paintjob is aces.

  10. Just a quick note to say how much I enjoy seeing your modelling and paint work. Real inspiration. I was also wondering how your TM terrain boards are holding up. I have often wondered how hard wearing is the flocked surface.

    1. Thanks Chris. The boards are still going strong, the oldest ones (10yrs) could do with a bit of re-flocking but that’s an easy job.....and one I continually put off !

  11. Thanks for the feedback.
